How do you package vinyl records for shipping?

We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. To prevent seam splits during transit, we ship all records with the vinyl placed outside of the jacket in a protective poly sleeve.

What is your return policy on opened records?

We accept returns on defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. However, we cannot accept returns on opened records for subjective reasons like personal taste or minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect playback.

How do you grade the condition of your used records?

We use the industry-standard Goldmine Grading System. Every used record is visually inspected under high-intensity light and, in many cases, spot-tested for audio quality to ensure accuracy.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your specific location.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we can assist with cancellations or changes. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
